Buffet style
Less formal way of meeting with clients or business partners as appropriate in addition to presentations of new products or events to which it is important that visitors encountered each other.
The uniqueness of this method is that guests can choose from a large selection of dishes and drinks which are served from buffet tables.
Any good buffet menu should include a welcome drink and canapés, hot and cold dishes, salads, cheeses, fruits and desserts mostly in the form minideserts or warm desserts.
Buffet style can be achieved in several ways. Starting form standing buffet reception, where there are no places to sit and ending by sitting buffet reception where guests have their seats but meals are served from buffet tables with the same style as during standing reception. Beverages are served by the tables.
Very popular and modern is a form of flying buffet reception. It is a form of standing buffet reception where various dishes are not prepared primarily on large platters, but they are prepared on a small plates of different shapes and our staff can distribute the meals or plates are placed on special holders and etagers, which are made of modern materials such as stainless steel or transparent plastic.
