Glass of champagne or quality sparkling wine with light and nice canapés are part of every good cocktail.

Most often we meet with this form of festive refreshments at the afternoon meeting with friends, clients or business partners where the consumption of food and beverages is not a major concern of the meeting. It is a light, varied, but always high quality food with a strong emphasis on the delicacy of taste and arrange the individual components of the menu.

The cocktails are also often encountered at the beginning festive receptions and gala dinners. During these receptions it is not main aim to feed guests, but to prepare their taste buds for the following culinary experiences.


This form of food is very easy to serve in the office or business premises. The main reason is low demand for space and catering materials. Our professional staff provides a full distribution of food and beverages on trays, glass plates or saucers with a small selection of already prepared canapés. Very popular are the hot soup and cream served in a mocca coffee cup or nice and tasty sorbet prepared with liquid nitrogen.
